I’m back!! As most of you know, I opened Danielle’s Daily Fitness in Watertown, Massachusetts on March 15, 2007. Subsequently, I started writing Danielle’s Daily Fitness Blog as well. I’m here to share my new fitness journey from self-sabotage to improved self-worth, confidence and love.
Stress has been the only thing to ever derail me from my fitness goals. From 2013 - 2016, I dealt with the fear of losing a child due to the cardiac issues most kids with Williams Syndrome face. My daughter Isabella has been doing great since her open heart surgery in September of 2019, but, needless to say, during this time it was incredibly hard for me to maintain personal fitness.
Fast forward to now, after enduring a three year divorce journey. I’m ready to leave that stress and uncertainty behind me. I will admit to losing myself throughout the process, BUT fear not, I have returned stronger, more motivated and determined than ever!
I will be sharing my daily journey as a single mother and the process to restoring my mind, body and soul. Join me.
