The best way to hold yourself accountable, track your progress and guarantee your success is (food & exercise) journal daily. Journaling gives you instant accountability because by nature, we don’t lie to ourselves.

Think about it, would you write that you did a 30 minute treadmill run, if you DIDN’T? Would you write down that you had (1)cup of egg whites scrambled, if you actually had leftover pizza?
